Tim Dinan is a licensed attorney in Michigan and Arizona. He is admitted to the Eastern and Western District of Michigan U.S. District Courts, the Sixth Circuit Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is an adjunct professor of Law at Michigan State University College of Law and teaches at other institutions throughout the state.

Meet Timothy Dinan

Tim Dinan is a Detroit native whose family has been in the Detroit area for six generations. He’s married with three adult children and lives in the Grosse Pointe communities. He and his wife are active in Detroit area charities and athletic activities.
Tim Dinan has served as an adjunct professor at the Michigan State University College of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He currently teaches other attorneys to the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and has authored commentary to Michigan criminal jury instructions.
His interests outside of work include travel, bicycling and bicycle restoration, bowling, and Detroit’s dining and entertainment scene. He is an active member of the Detroit Athletic Club.
