As a sole practitioner, I continue to work with other lawyers or law firms in meeting their scheduling demands and manpower shortages. I can do the following: Deposition Coverage Whether you need a "warm body" or more substantial representation, I am available for local and national deposition coverage. I have represented numerous firms at depositions saving time, money, and the inconvenience of rescheduling or missing important depositions. Court Coverage With so many courts in the Metropolitan Detroit area, it is inevitable that your schedule will be double or triple booked. I am available for court appearances, motions, evidentiary hearings, show causes or other miscellaneous court matters. Don't forego your firm's presence in court or risk contempt for being late. Research and Writing I write and present motions on behalf of criminal and civil clients throughout the state. I have resources available to meet the needs of your practice to free your time for more pressing matters. Client Referrals I am accepting referrals for Criminal and Real Estate matters. Criminal matters require specialists familiar with the system and the players. I have successfully represented defendants throughout the state.
